Aikyam Labs provides voice AI services including text-to-speech, speech-to-text, and voice cloning APIs. Our services are designed for developers and businesses to integrate voice capabilities into their applications.
3. Account Registration
To use our services, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services to:
- Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
- Impersonate others or create misleading content
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Use the service for spam or unsolicited communications
5. API Usage and Rate Limits
API usage is subject to rate limits based on your subscription plan. Exceeding these limits may result in temporary service restrictions. We reserve the right to modify rate limits with reasonable notice.
6. Payment and Billing
Paid services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.
7. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you create using our services. Aikyam Labs retains all rights to our technology, APIs, and documentation. You may not use our trademarks without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aikyam Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the services will cease, and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.
